NOWA is entering Italian market by showcasing at HOMI in Milan | 28-29 JAN. 2018

Paris, France – Feb 10, 2018 – NOWA Watch Company has officially launched ultra-thin smart hybrid watches at HOMI in Milan.

If there is one city that could be named the “Fashion Capital”, it is Milan. It was natural to choose this place of luxury, art, gastronomy and culture to launch NOWA in Italy, an independent brand of minimalist hybrid watches designed in Paris.

It happened during HOMI, one of the major expos dedicated to design and lifestyles. The expo is held twice a year and features internationally famous brands as well as emerging micro brands such as NOWA. The NOWA team was very excited about attending this great exhibition for the first time.

The pavilion dedicated to fashion accessories, watches and jewellery was crowded with new brands showing off versatiles and creative products, a strong sign of rebirth for the luxury industry.

The company proudly introduced the hybrid watch concept which combines the elegance of a classic watch and the functions of a smartwatch. While competitors focus on features, the NOWA team places design in the foreground! It is challenging but it makes sense in view of the fact that 25% of watch owners wear their watches as a fashion statement.

The company showcased the Shaper collection with 8 different models: Classic Black, Classic Brown, Blue Matter, Revival, Dessus Chics, Black, Trilling and Bateau Ivre. Minimalistic, sharp and thin, the NOWA watch is an expression of modern lifestyle.

The critics were unanimous in their praise of the design and quality, and yet impressed to discover advanced technology in such a tiny stainless-steel case, featuring automatic time zone change, activity tracking, sleep quality, phone call reject, and more.
